After some seriously long days of packing up my flat and hunting for a new one, it is finally time to give the LFT (London Food&Fashion Tour) to my family! They arrive tomorrow morning, so excited, and yes they appreciate markets, shopping, and food just as much as me : ) so I will show them my favorite spots in London. Some of the restaurants I am taking them to, and you should all try if you ever get to London are: Poletto (Italian Tapas), Viet Grill (Vietnamese), Hakkassan (Chinese), Great Eastern (Asian Fusion), Pizza East (enough said), and possibly Wahaca or Pinchito (both Mexican Tapas). Of course I’ll also take them to Borough market, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Camden market, and Portobello market – great excuses to hit my favorite spots and get some amazing streetstyle material.
Here are some more streetstyle photos, and some summer inspiration from Nevermind Magazine and elsewhere:

Tranquil.. as they describe in Italian meanspeacefully/calmy/to relax. That is what I am looking forward to this weekend (minus the partying) after this mental week at work. I went to this great bar the other night in Angel called Narrow Boat and enjoyed my first fish and chips in London! It was so tasty.. I think I’ll have to revisit the boat. My internship with Starworks is quickly coming to an end and I am feeling pretty bittersweet about this. On the plus side, it will be nice to have some time to myself… however I do get bored pretty easily. That being said, my sporadic travels will fill that void. This is actually the first job I have had where it is simply not possible to be bored for a single second. Fashion is MADNESS and I love it.. I never want to be bored again. Here are some streetstyle pictures my dear friends.. hope you enjoy! Also.. please do feel free to comment on any post.. Site stats can’t tell me who actually reads this blog and I would really love to know who my lovely supporters are : )

I was reading away on some blogs and discovered a really cool vintage store in London called One of a Kind! At this point I am itching to get back into my adventures there. There are just so many wonderful opportunities in that city, and being away from it for a couple weeks has made me realize just how much how I love it. Check out the website for One of a Kind.. they have online shopping too! http://www.1kind.co.uk/

Friday was madness! The entire office was basically turned inside out in preparation for press day. I got the guilty pleasure of entering some beautiful new Kate Spade bags into our system. I must say, Kate Spade is having quite the comeback with their bags. Leopard prints, mock croc, purple suede, and the softest leather were just some of the great qualities of these bags. Friday was also madness because I decided to make a trip to Toronto earlier than expected. I am now home, but dont you worry my friends, streetstyle and my style blog will continue. I promise not to let you down! I have had some requests to post about wardrobe essentials, so I will definitely work on that this week.

According to Nicholas Kirkwood, my friend and fellow intern Jasmine has the perfect size 5 feet. Last season Nicholas Kirkwood asked Jasmine to model her perfect feet in all of their size 5 shoes. She actually went to Italy (Milan and Bolognia) to try on shoes in their production house. Apparently the ideal size 5 foot is quite thin, so we always ask her if she diets her feet (running joke in the office).
So the weather these past couple days has been beautiful, and to embrace that we went to Berkeley Square Park to sit on a bench and enjoy the sun. Work isn’t as busy this week, but press day is coming up soon which will be madness — fun madness! Sometimes chaos is nice my friends.

Busy weekend my friends! Went to some pubs in Angel on Friday, enjoyed the beautiful weather on Saturday by walking around my area only to discover a vintage market I had not seen before. Not that I need any more shoes, but purchased an irresistible pair of vintage brown leather booties (see below) for a very reasonable price. That night we revisited our favorite club in Camden Town, Proud. Always a good time at Proud despite the large line. Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day once again and to embrace it some friends and I wondered through Brick Lane and discovered some nice boutiquey shops. I also discovered the Religion store – which is one of my favorite brands sold at Topshop; rather expensive but very edgy and cool. Check out their stuff on http://www.religionclothing.co.uk/. Here are some streetstyle pics from this week:
